I joined StreetVet in October 2020 as a Central Support Volunteer, helping to welcome and onboard new volunteers.  In December 2021, I joined the staff team as Operations Administrator, and I’m now proud to be Operations Manager. 

I started my career in fashion buying, which taught me the importance of meeting deadlines, negotiation, and working with people from around the world.  After a few years in London, I really missed having my dog around and realised I wanted to do something more meaningful and with animals. I began volunteering at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home weekly, which eventually led me to a role at Woodgreen, The Animals Charity.  Whilst there, I fostered a terrier‑cross named Max after his hip surgery—and he never left.  Classic foster fail! 

Being part of StreetVet’s journey and contributing to its growth has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m excited to see what the future brings.
